To initiate the return of equipment or parts to JIREH for repair, please complete the following form to request an RMA number. You will receive your RMA number shortly after submitting the form.
Please include the RMA number on the shipment along with any communication with JIREH. Please DO NOT send your equipment or parts to JIREH without obtaining an RMA number. We cannot process equipment or receive parts without an RMA number. In such cases, they will be returned to the sender at their expense.
The sender authorizes the repair by submitting this form and sending equipment to JIREH with an RMA number.
Contact JIREH if you would like to receive a repair estimate before sending your equipment in for repair.
Please note that repairs are completed in the order they arrive at JIREH's facility.
