The Troglo crawler system is an all-encompassing solution for conducting underground pipe surveys. This system, powered by a lithium-ion battery, is meticulously engineered to deliver durability and efficiency, allowing for a full day of operation on a single charge. Its fully waterproof design ensures optimal environmental performance and enables operation in pipes as small as four inches in diameter up to 12 inches. (Pipes as large as 36 inches can be achieved with a conversion kit) Equipped with 300 meters of sturdy Kevlar cable on an auto-recoiling reel, the system facilitates live video streaming from either the front or rear camera of the crawler.
Additionally, bright LED lights illuminate the path seen by the pan-and-tilt camera. Crafted from solid brass and stainless steel, this steerable crawler features a built-in inclinometer that aids auto-steering and prevents tipping over. Based on your specific application needs, select between the pan-and-tilt or axial camera head. Both options are waterproof to IP68 standards, crafted from durable stainless steel, and equipped with bright LED lights for enhanced visibility during inspections.
The video processor and the 5.6" high-brightness colour display are IP67 waterproof. The monitor includes a sun shield, a keyboard for controlling and navigating the crawler, storing up to 9 pages of text, a memory card for documenting inspections, an onscreen foot counter, an inclinometer, and a pressure sensor.
The aluminum cable reel serves dual purposes: it accommodates the 300-meter (984 ft) cable reel and features a seamless cable feeder for effortless reeling after completing your inspection. This fully motorized reel also integrates an advanced rechargeable power cell, providing over 4 hours of continuous operation. The reel is also available for order as a manually recoiling option, providing flexibility and choice for our clients.
After the inspection, guide the crawler out of the pipe using the rear-facing camera and dual bright LED backup lights.

The system is equipped with crawler wheels that are compatible with pipes ranging from 4 inches to 8 inches in diameter. Switching between wheels is a quick and easy process, ensuring seamless operation for different pipe sizes.
The remotely controlled pan and tilt camera, machined from solid stainless steel, is waterproof up to IP68 and has bright LED lights. It features electronic focus control and is available with PAL or NTSC video signals.
The tilt camera is manually locked at the required angle and equipped with two super-bright LEDs. It is also waterproof up to IP68 and has a PAL video signal.
While the reels are similar, users can select either a powered or manual version. The powered reel automatically retracts the cable, whereas the manual reel requires manual retraction by hand.
