Corrosion Inspection
Conduct precise corrosion scans with this magnetic scanner effortlessly, offering manual encoded probe positioning on ferrous inspection surfaces.
Scan Control
The carrier, to which the heavy duty probe holder is attached, features a locking handle that aligns the probe's scanning direction. Lift the handle and move the carrier to the next index position, which can be adjusted based on the probe size to align with the following scanning path.
Positional Encoding
The corrosion link incorporates high-resolution positional encoding that is universally compatible with all standard instruments. This feature allows you to track scans along the y-axis at the predetermined positions of the frame bar.
Magnetic Wheels
The magnetic wheels are coated with urethane to minimize the impact of foreign debris hindering the scanner's motion. Extra magnetic wheels can be attached to the scanner if necessary to enhance the magnetic attraction even further.
Heavy Duty Vertical Probe Holder
The heavy duty vertical probe holder is designed to accommodate large probes and is fully compatible with the Olympus HydroFORM system when utilized alongside the HydroFORM Cart.
Brakes
The scanner's brakes are specifically engineered to firmly secure the device in place when required.
Cable Management
The cable clips are designed to be conveniently removable, allowing users to arrange and manage probe cables and irrigation tubes on the scanner as needed. This feature enables users to customize their setup for optimal organization and efficiency.

Heavy Duty Vertical Probe Holder
The heavy-duty vertical probe holder boasts exceptional adjustability, allowing it to adapt to a wide range of probe and wedge sizes and various scan directions. This flexibility makes it incredibly versatile, accommodating a seemingly infinite number of configurations to meet your specific inspection needs. Moreover, it is designed to be compatible with the HydroFORM cart, providing convenient mobility for carrying the Olympus HYDROFORM equipment.
Carrier
The carrier slides effortlessly along the scanner stroke with locking options and cable management, securely holding the heavy-duty vertical probe holder.
Over-the-top Link
The over-the-top link houses the positional encoder and connects to the user instrument, whereas the opposing link remains unencoded. Working in unison, they form the structural core of the scanner, providing ample clearance for the carrier and probe holder to operate beneath them.
Y-Axis Encoder
The y-axis encoder monitors and tracks the probe's position along the frame bar.
Encoder Cable
The encoder cable is designed to be compatible with most industry-standard instruments, transmitting the X and Y positional information to the user's equipment.
Magnetic Wheels
Magnetic wheels are used to attach the scanner to ferrous surfaces. More wheels can be added to the scanner to enhance the magnetic attraction.
Scanner Frame
Preset scan positions are integrated into the frame bar, allowing the carrier and probe holder to move along the stroke length.
Cable Management
